Flavors at the gates of Galicia

The itinerary "Flavours at the doors of Galicia" is based on the typical Galician cuisine, which is characterized by its taste, variety and healthy ingredients. The itinerary is focused on a geographical area made up of the following municipalities: Laza, Castrelo do Val, Vilariño de Conso, Viana do Bolo, A Gudiña, A Mezquita, Riós, Vilardevós, Verín and Monterrei.
These municipalities offer the Galician cuisine best quality products, among which the chestnut production is especially important.
